We have carried out multi trade principal contracts for a variety of clients including

Aberdeen Town House 3.565 million stonework,decoration,leadworks/slate,cast iron, rot repairs, ironmongery

High Street Rothesay – £400k  works consisted of the demolition of an outbuilding and rebuilding together with lead,slate and cast iron works, stonemason and builder works

1139 Duke Street – £450k Multi trade works including stonemason, rot, lead slate, joinerworks, painter/decoration

Wellington Church Glasgow – £320k works included stone restoration, leadworks,slate repairs, bird protection and guano removal

Crichton Hospital – £986k works included removal of felt roofs and new joiner to form flat roof and gutter soles, reslating pitch roofs, masonry repairs and repair and renewal of windows.  Installation of lead flat roof, gutters and cladding.
